Recorded in the barn of my grandfather's house (Santa Vittoria, somewhere between Siena and Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy) during august 2009. Cricket's singing sound is available on most of the tracks, but especially on track 6.
Other sounds are recognizable but more hidden: the bell of the train track behind the house, my uncle calling for dinner, dogs barking, my grandfather listening to Beethoven sonatas while working at the other side of the barn, my girlfriend's voice proposing long walks in the fields, the page of Luca's newspaper when Luca would turn the page.
Made with a little help from my friend Massimiliano Galli.
Also Brian and Donagh recorded some trumpets on it, but that was in dublin in my room.
